No frills but was fine in a place in a place I needed to be.
Wonderful “Mom & Pop shop” type of motel! Room was very large, very clean, and comfortable. The quietest room I’ve ever stayed in! We were on the ground floor and door directly to parking lot, but no noise from above, next door, or outside! Coffee available at the gas station next door where you check in and out.
Price to value was outstanding
Location, staff, cleanliness, parking, secure location, convienent to food and fuel. Slept well. Loved that you check in at the gas station!

It's a small, inexpensive motel. It looks like one. The decor is that of a small, inexpensive motel. The amenities are those of a small, inexpensive motel. The location is where it is. You get exactly what you pay for. It met my expectations and I recommend it.

Cleanliness, shower performance, nice and warm, not drafty.
The room was larger than a big chain hotel. The shower was awesome! The towels were wonderful and absorbent- not full of fabric softener that just pushes the water off you. Easy check-in and check-out at the gas station next door and free coffee in the morning!
